For over 50 years I've been writing songs about Jesus, to Jesus and with Jesus - (though He gives me all the credit). I think of all the times He has restored my soul when it was dry, when I was down, confused, lonely. Sometimes it was a song that lifted me from my circumstance and carried me into His presence.
